（中央社記者陳葦庭台北9日電）今年第1號颱風尼伯特強度持續減弱，已減弱為輕度颱風，氣象局表示，颱風暴風圈仍涵蓋台灣西部及澎湖、金門，未來強度將持續減弱。
根據中央氣象局觀測，尼伯特颱風已經減弱為輕度颱風，今天上午6時中心位在金門的東南東方約90公里海面上，正以每小時14公里速度向北北西轉西北移動，過去3小時強度減弱，已轉為輕度颱風，7暴風半徑也縮小至150公里。
氣象局表示，隨著尼伯特颱風向西北移動，新竹、苗栗、高雄、屏東、花蓮及台東地區已脫離警戒區，但金門、澎湖、南投、台中以南至台南風雨仍持續中，提醒民眾不要掉以輕心。
氣象局表示，受到颱風外圍環流及西南風影響，今天中南部將持續有雨，氣象局也發布豪雨特報，今天嘉義、台南、高雄及屏東地區有局部大雨或豪雨，澎湖、金門、馬祖、東部地區、中部地區及北部山區有局部大雨發生的機率。
氣象局表示，今天上半天台灣本島就會脫離暴風圈，但是離島金門和馬祖將持續受影響，陸上海上颱風警報得晚上才有機會解除。1050709
